building muscleDo you know that there are many ways of building muscle without weights? These days’ people just don’t have time to make it to the gym. Do to your hectic life style because of your obligations at work and home your time is limited and you don’t exercise like you should. No matter the reason not working out is the worst thing for you. Lack of exercise does break down the muscles at a rapid pace which you don’t want. So you need to do some form of exercise on a regular basis.

There are a few ways of building muscle without weights, and the type that you choose to do will be based on how much time you can dedicate to you exercise routine. I will list a few exercises that you can do but I would like to first stress that you need to have some type of purpose when doing these exercises. Don’t just start exercising without a plan or you WONT get results. Here is the list:

·          supers(for the back)

Doing these types of exercise will help to provide a base but at some point you will need to add some resistance to you training to gain more size. There is no way around it; you need some type of resistance to gain size. By doing your exercises slowly you will put more stress on your muscles, recruiting more muscle fibers. Doing this will increase you chance of gaining muscle growth.

Diet is very important when it comes to building muscle without weights. I know you have heard of calorie loading which is consuming lots of food/ calories to help with muscle growth. Earlier I said you need a plan for exercise to get your best results and the same goes for your diet. If you consume too many calories without the proper weight training regimen then those calories can and will turn to fat. Balance between your diet and exercise routine is the key.
